Yiid, die Plattform zum Zugriff auf soziale Netzwerke und zur Steuerung beim Online-Reputation-Management, hat laufend neue Funktionen und Möglichkeiten. Wer sich alle paar Tage anmeldet, wird immer wieder auf den orangen Stern treffen: Das NEW zeigt auf, dass sich etwas an der jeweiligen Funktion getan hat.
Vor ein paar Tagen war das “Dashboard” mit vielen Sternen versehen. Insbesondere wenn man oben links auf “Dein Netzwerk” klickt, wird deutlich, dass sich bei den Kontakten und der Nutzung der hier zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen einiges getan hat. Sofern die Kontaktperson die entsprechenden Informationen im jeweiligen sozialen Netzwerk freigegeben hat, kann man die Kontakte wie ein Adressbuch nutzen, mit Angaben zur Dienst- und Privatadresse, sowie verschiedenen Möglichkeiten des telefonischen Kontakts oder sonstiger Kommunikationsdaten.
Insbesondere bei den Yiid-Kontakten hat man auch gute Bearbeitungs- und Informationsmöglichkeiten. Das Bearbeiten der Schlagworte geht über den Stift, mit dem nach links zeigenden Pfeil werden die vorhandenen Verbindungen gezeigt. An dem Sperrschild oben rechts sieht man auch, wie man einen Kontakt wieder loswerden kann.
Mit dem Klick auf das Foto kommt man in die Adressbuch-Funktion des jeweiligen Yiid-Kontakts. Hier werden übersichtlich alle Kommunikationsdaten angezeigt, die der jeweilige User in den entsprechenden sozialen Netzwerken hinterlassen hat. Über Einstellungen > Profil bearbeiten kann man für sein eigenes Profil (und damit für das Adressbuch seiner Kontakte) selbst dafür sorgen, dass die relevanten Infos dort vorhanden sind. Ich möchte hiermit alle Yiid-User auffordern, dies aufzurufen und zu schauen, ob denn dort auch die richtigen und wichtigen Infos aufgeführt sind.
Wie das dann im Endeffekt bei der Nutzung der Kontakte als Adressbuch aussehen kann, sei hier an einem Beispiel verdeutlicht.
Wahlweise werden hier die privaten oder geschäftlichen Daten der Kontaktperson in den einzelnen Registern angezeigt.
Wie im folgenden Bild zu sehen ist, kann man die Kontakte wie in jedem anderen Adressbuch auch alphabetisch anzeigen, oder entsprechen der Tags, die man frei zu den Kontakten vergeben kann. Diese Möglichkeiten sind natürlich besonders relevant für Nutzer mit vielen Kontakten.
Woher kommen eigentlich die Kontakte? Eine Antwort bietet die Schaltfläche Importierte Kontakte. Hier können die Kontakte nach Communities sortiert werden.
Insgesamt hat man also über die Kontakte sehr nützliche Möglichkeiten, um die Informationen, die bei Yiid einlaufen, zu nutzen. Deshalb sollte man als Yiid-Nutzer sich sofort einloggen und mal überprüfen, was denn an Infos über das eigene Profil ausgeliefert wird. Und man schaut bei den eigenen Kontakten nach, welche Infos hier zu finden sind. Sollten die Infos sehr knapp sein (wie bei einigen meiner Kontakte) dann ist das ein guter Einstieg in die Kommunikation. Schließlich sollte man Infos in Online-Profilen auch marktgerecht ausreichend umfassend gestalten.

Monopoly City Streets sieht interessant aus. Aber da läuft ja einiges noch nicht ganz rund. Auf dem Startbildschirm sieht man mit einem breiten Monitor den “Weiter”-Button gar nicht (wozu braucht man sowas überhaupt. Sind solche Empfangsseiten nicht ca um 2000 herum zurecht ausgestorben?)
Und dann läuft die Seite so langsam, dass es einfach keinen Spass macht:/
